Fenella is a cook and chef, working in food for over ten years. She trained at Leith's in London (Essentials Course, 2010) and is largely inspired by European cuisine she was surrounded by while studying, living and working in northern Italy, Switzerland, and the UK. Fenella has worked in London's Borough Market (selling and making cheese), with small catering businesses in London and cooking for private clients across Europe. Ingredients and sustainability are key; understanding quality ingredients can make good food outstanding. Fenella is always on the look out for artisan and quality suppliers whose produce she can use, Chalkstream Trout, The Borough Cheese Co, Chegworth Valley and Generosity Jams to name but a few.
