Fenella is a cook and chef, based in London, working in food for over ten years. She trained at Leith's (Essentials Course, 2010) to work in Switzerland, going on to sell and make cheese in London's Borough Market, before falling into full time catering and private cooking jobs. Coming from a farming background, ingredients and sustainability are important to Fenella. She really became interested in cooking when living in Italy as part of her university degree. Quality ingredients and a passion for making delicious and healthy food is top priority. Fenella is always on the look out for artisan and quality suppliers whose produce she can use, Chalkstream Trout, The Borough Cheese Co, Chegworth Valley and Generosity Jams to name but a few.
