I cater delicious, seasonal & bespoke dishes for your dinner parties and small events. My menus are packed with wholesome, fresh ingredients and thoughtful flavours, largely European, with a nod towards Levantine & Asian cuisine. Think freshly baked breads, mouth-watering sauces, marinated meat’s and crisp greens.
I work with each client to write a menu that suits food tastes and the event we are organising. Canapes are my favourite dish to make and I can also recommend my sticky toffee pudding.
Selling cheese in London's Borough Market in my twenties created a passion for sourcing quality, responsible ingredients. I am a member of the Soil Association and enjoy shopping for sustainable ingredients like Hodmedods British grains and HG Walter meats. I grew up on a dairy farm where we also keep Traditional Herefords and I am an amateur cheesemaker.
